Hope Spector

Program Manager

Hope Spector is a Program Manager at the Global Fund to End Modern Slavery, where she supports the implementation and management of the Fund’s grant portfolio. Previously, she was a Planning Associate at the Fund, where she supported research and delivery needs for the CEO and across senior leadership. Before joining GFEMS, Hope worked for Atikus Investments, a financial technology start up in Rwanda, and at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, working on a range of public health issues as a political appointee in the Obama Administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and political science from Skidmore College.
