Fernanda Carvalho

Country Director, Brazil

Fernanda Carvalho is the Fund’s Country Director in Brazil, where she represents GFEMS in advocacy, stakeholder engagement and in the implementation of technical cooperation projects aimed at tackling forced labor from supply chains, strengthening public policies, survivors, and grassroots organizations. Prior to this role, she worked for 14 years at the International Labor Organization. Fernanda holds a BA in Law by the Centro Universitario de Brasília and is specialized in legal order and public prosecution by the Foundation School of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Federal District and Territories.
