RFP: Grants and MEL Software
The Global Fund to End Modern Slavery (GFEMS) is pleased to release a Request for Proposal for a grants and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) software.
GFEMS seeks proposals from eligible Respondents for a software as a service (SaaS) solution and related professional services to manage and analyze its grantmaking lifecycle, processes, and relevant information / data -- from solicitation to review to award to project closeout. An improved solution is required for both its core grantmaking processes, as well as for the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) data generated by its grants.

Please submit your proposal by 5:00pm ET on 30 May 2019 to [email protected] with the subject line “RFP: Grants and MEL Software – [company or individual name]”. You may submit your proposal as a PDF or Word document.
Prior to the submission deadline, you may email any questions to [email protected]. All questions must be submitted by 5:00pm ET on 21 May 2019.
